About

Hi, I'm Rajshree.I'm a psychologist and psychotherapist based in Jaipur with a Master's in Clinical Psychology. I offer individual therapy for adults and children, both in person in Jaipur and online worldwide, in English and Hindi. My practice is trauma-informed and welcoming to people of all genders, orientations, nationalities, religions, and cultural backgrounds.I take a collaborative, non-prescriptive approach to therapy, drawing from depth psychology to explore the underlying patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work together to understand their roots, develop greater self-awareness, and create lasting change. My aim is to provide a thoughtful, culturally sensitive space where you can feel understood, navigate life's challenges, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

my approach

Humanistic | Non-Judgmental

Drawing on Depth Psychology, Dream Analysis, Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they can't explain - in relationships, at work, or just in who they've become. People who've tried to push through, think their way out, or "fix" themselves, and found it didn't last.
Healing is understanding yourself - where you came from, what's been holding you back, and who you actually want to be. That kind of clarity brings about a real change.
I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
We work at your pace, exploring your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life story. We look at past experiences, and what might be quietly running the show beneath the surface.
If you're ready to do the work that leads to real transformation and the freedom to finally be yourself - I'd love to work with you.

Frequenty asked questions

1. How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don't need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to come to therapy. Sometimes we seek therapy because something feels difficult, repetitive, confusing, or simply no longer works for us. If you're curious about understanding yourself better or want support navigating something in your life, that can be enough reason to begin.
2. Do I need to know what I want to work on before starting therapy?
Not at all. You don't need to arrive with a clear understanding of what's wrong or what needs to change. We can begin with wherever you are.
3. How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
My approach is collaborative and non-prescriptive, and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being honest and curious about yourself. I offer a free initial consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that plans change and emergencies happen. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible, so I can offer that slot to someone else. Cancellations made after that will be charged the full session fee.
5. How long does therapy usually take?
This varies person to person - some people come for a few months around something specific, others stay longer for deeper pattern work.
6. Is this confidential?
Yes. What's shared in session stays between us, with the standard exceptions required by law (safety concerns).

7. Do you offer therapy in Jaipur?
Yes. I offer in-person psychotherapy sessions in Jaipur by appointment.
8. Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I offer online therapy for clients in India and internationally. Online sessions are conducted through a secure video platform and can be attended from wherever you are.
9. What is the fee?
I believe therapy should be accessible, and I aim to keep my fees affordable. You can book a free consultation to discuss your needs and fees before deciding whether we'd be a good fit.
10. What is Internal Family System?
Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Richard Schwartz, is built on a simple idea: your mind isn't one single voice - it's made up of different "parts," each trying to protect or help you in its own way, even the ones that feel hard to sit with. We work towards integrating these into a calm, clear, complete Self.
11. What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt is a holistic approach that helps in the integration work - it looks at you as a whole person.
Your thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, and environment are treated as connected.
12. What is Depth Psychology?
Depth psychology looks beneath surface behaviour to what's shaping it from underneath - unconscious patterns, early experiences, and things you may not yet have words for. It brings into awareness all that needs resolution and processing.
